I ended up on a quote site today because I was looking for a particular text I read years ago - I ended up reading a bunch of quotes from Tom Stoppard and one particularly grabbed my attention: ~We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered. Tom Stoppard~ makes you think doesn't it?
